Two new species of the scolebythid wasp genusClystopsenellaKieffer (Scolebythidae: Scolebythinae) are described and figured.Clystopsenella mayasp. n., is reported from Belize, representing the northernmost extant occurrence for the genus.Clystopsenella kampasp. n., is described from the southwestern Amazonian region of Madre de Dios, Peru, and intermingles traits of bothC.pacificaLepeco & Melo andC.longiventrisKieffer.     Abstract Cestodes of the genusArostrilepisMas-Coma and Tenora 1997 have a Holarctic distribution with 16 species occurring among 28 species of mostly arvicoline hosts. The type species of the genus isArostrilepis horrida(von Linstow, 1901), described initially asTaenia horridavon Linstow, 1901, from murine rodents in Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen), Germany. Here we report the first helminth parasite from the mole-vole,Ellobius tancrei, in Mongolia which is the first subterranean rodent known to be infected withArostrilepisin the Palearctic. In addition, we describe a new species:Arostrilepis batsaikhanin. sp. which most closely resemblesA. microtisGulyaev and Chechulin 1997, differing from this species with a genetic distance of about 4% (using cytochrome-b) and by having distinctly large cirrus spines, testes that are larger and fill the whole segment measured anterior–posterior and larger eggs.

A checklist of all known species ofBrueelia-complex chewing lice known from the Meliphagidae is provided.

    The genus Chilecicada Sanborn, 2014 is shown to be a complex of closely related species rather than a monospecific genus. Chilecicada citatatemporaria Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. culenesensis Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. curacaviensis Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. impartemporaria Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. magna Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. mapuchensis Sanborn n. sp., C. oraria Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. parrajaraorum Sanborn n. sp., C. partemporaria Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. pehuenchesensis Sanborn & Cole n. sp., C. trifascia Sanborn n. sp., C. trifasciunca Sanborn & Cole n. sp., and C. viridicitata Sanborn & Cole n. sp. are described as new. Chilecicada occidentis Walker, 1850 is re-described to facilitate separation of the new species from the only previously known species. Song and cytochrome oxidase I analysis available for most species support the separation of the new taxa from the type species of the genus. Known species distributions and a key to the species of the genus are also provided. The new species increases the known cicada diversity 61.9% to 34 species, 91.2% of which are endemic to Chile.

    A new Palearctic species of the cleptoparasitic bee genusDioxysLepeletier & Audinet-Serville (Megachilinae: Dioxyini) is described and figured from southern Spain.Dioxys falsificussp. n. is most similar toD.pumilusGerstäcker, a species that occupies areas more easterly around the Mediterranean (at least from Sardinia eastward and potentially in eastern Morocco eastward). It is possible that historical records ofD.pumilusfrom southern Spain apply toD.falsificus. A revised key is provided to the genera of Dioxyini, and the South AfricanDioxoides alataMichener is transferred toNotodioxytesgen.n.
